Aim was to study of ontogenesis in nerves of vertebrates and man, state the principles of myelin fibers differentiation in the process of phylogenesis and reveal the peculiarities of their formation in ontogenesis of man.
Material and methods. The investigation was performed on the greater and lesser splanchnic nerves of different age groups from prenatal period until senile age of postnatal ontogenesis. There were used light-optic methods by Veygert-Pal, Krutsay, and ultramicroscopic methods.
Results. The present work with literature data revealed that the structure of splanchnic nerves in history plan is complicated from simple forms to more high organized. It was revealed the qualitative and quantitative heterogeneity of nervous fibers. It is characteristic the common legitimacy of asymmetrical distribution of mielinated nervous fibers of different caliber in splanchnic nerves.
Conclusion. The making and distribution of mielinated fibers in human ontogenesis is a long process depending on functional importance of innervated organs, and also on their reconstruction in historical development.
