Axon and dendrites may play an important role in regulating the speed of transmission of impulses with synaptic functions and nerve fibers as well as synchronizing the impulse. The axis diameter of the axis which is the axis cylinder is the ratio of the total diameter of the myelin nerve fiber or the G-ratio is the optimal morpho-functional index of the axon myelinization. Determination of this indicator plays an important role in the study of many illnesses associated with myelin degeneration as sclerosis.
