Chronic renal failure in diabetes mellitus remains one of the most urgent promotions of medicine due to severe clinical complications, loss of ability to work, and high mortality rates. About 80% of Type II diabetes mellitus suffers from renal failure. Gradual destruction of nephrons in diabetes and sclerosis and fibrosis of kidney parenchyma leads to irreversible chronic renal failure. In addition to non-immune processes, immune disorders also play an important role in the complication of chronic renal failure. In recent years, cytokines have been found to be of particular importance in immune changes. The purpose of our research is to provide a comparative analysis of inflammatory and inflammatory cytokines in the blood serum of patients with chronic diabetes-related chronic renal failure.
