Features of applying of obstetrical pessary in pregnant woman with isthmico-cervical insufficiency
Abstract
One of the causes of premature births is istmiko-cervical deficiency, which is due to acute shortening of the uterus neck, functional or organic causes, a wide variety of internal or external holes, and cervical canal expansion. As a result of these changes, premature infringement of pregnancy is noted.
