Dynamics, correlation relationship of immune –inflammation markers and hemo-rheological indicators in patients after optimization treatment in patients with post-infarkt angina
Abstract
The aim is to determine dynamics and correlation relationship of immune-inflammation markers and hemorheological indicators in patients before and after optimized treatment in patients with post-infarct stenocardia.
Material and methods. 47 patients having re-stenocardia within 3-6 months (half-severe stage) after myocardial infarct have been included to the research. Control group is composed of 15 practical healthy persons. Average age group of the patients has been 59,9±1,1 of 41 men (87,2%), 6 women (12,8%). Rheological indicators (fibrinogen, thrombin time, INR) of blood are studied among immune-inflammation markers (Tnf-alpha, IL-8, CRP) in the patients.
Result. According to the results of done research, destabilization of disease in patients with (half-severe stage) post-infarct angina has been characterized by hypersecretion of cytokine system (TNF-alpha, IL-6, IL-8) and statistically exact growth of severe phase mediators (C-reactive protein, fibrinogen) in comparison with practically healthy people and chronic heart ischemic disease. During correlative analysis intense correlation expected as r=0,912 between TNF-alpha and IL-6, p<0,01; r=0,466, p<0,01 between CRP and IL-8; ; r=0566, p<0,01 between TNF-alpha and fibrinogen; ; r=0,466, p<0,01 between IL-8 and CRP; ; r=0,605, p<0,01 between IL-6 and fibrinogen is determined in the patients (n=47)
