The article is devoted to the problem of monoarthritis. The issues of monoarthritis as the debut of polyarthritis, the relationship of monoarthritis with infectious factors and the age of patients are discussed. Particular attention is paid to modern methods for the early diagnosis of monoarthritis. At the same time, the high diagnostic value of a correctly collected history in patients with monoarthritis was emphasized. The issues of modern treatment and rehabilitation of patients with monoarthritis are also highlighted.
